Frequently asked
A PRO (Public Relations Officer) handles the government-facing paperwork - licence renewals, visa processing, labour and immigration filings - that would otherwise mean queuing at government offices yourself. We provide this as an ongoing service so you are not managing it internally.
We recommend starting renewal at least a month before expiry to avoid late fees or a lapse in your licence status, which can also affect visa processing. We track your renewal date and start the process on your behalf.
